They are very unprofessional! They answered my request, said they could come the same day to do my lawn, but don't do bag and haul. I said That's fine, I can do that myself and Great. I was happy they could come right away. I sent them pictures and asked how much. Then suddenly tell me to go elsewhere because it would take them an hour and they would have to charge me more than what's on their sight $35. I said that's fine, I can pay more, and I expected to pay more. I asked how much. And they ghosted me and refuse to reply. That's so rude to agree to do work, then to turn it down as if the customer doesn't have money, even though you never gave the price. Learn to communicate professionally. He claimed my neighborhood was Englewood and said he doesn't want to go there, which is racist. My neighborhood isn't Englewood. He didn't even have the correct information, but I Im glad he embarrassed himself, so I have proof of discrimination.
