We work on a flat-rate model — the price we quote is the price you pay. No surprise charges at the end of the job. Every project starts with a free consultation and a detailed quote before any work begins. We also back every install with a 2-year labor warranty, so if something's not right, we'll fix it. No hassle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple. First, we have a quick conversation — either by phone or message — to understand what you're dealing with and what you want to protect. Then we do a site walk (in person or photos) and give you a clear recommendation. Once you're good with the plan, we schedule the install and get it done. Most residential installs take one day. We don't leave until everything's tested and you know how to use your system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years in security systems, networking, and low-voltage installation. Cisco CCNA certified. We work with all the major platforms — Hikvision, Reolink, Lorex, Uniview, Ring, Eufy, Blink, UniFi, Akuvox, Netgear, and NavePoint. Whether you want a simple camera setup or a fully integrated access control system, we know the gear and how to make it work reliably.
