I’m not sure where to begin, but if you don’t read beyond this paragraph, just know that working with InnoDecor was an amazing experience from start to finish. I’d give them 10 stars if that were an option. We hired them to do our master bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the work.
Like most people on Thumbtack, we started by browsing multiple contractors, trying to find the right fit. Everyone wants the fastest work, the highest quality, and the lowest price, and as the saying goes, you usually only get to pick two. InnoDecor might just be a unicorn, because with them, we genuinely felt good about all three.
From the very first conversation, they stood out. Some contractors come in with a sales pitch, others try to impose their own design ideas, and some you just know aren’t the right personality fit. What struck me immediately with InnoDecor was that they listened. We had a clear vision for what this bathroom could become, and they got it. They asked thoughtful questions, they understood the aesthetic, and somehow grasped what was a complicated remodel (we doubled the size of the bathroom and reworked the layout of just about everything) and were able to bring to life a reimagined space that had only existed in our heads. This wasn’t a small project, and they treated it with the level of detail it required.
That planning started with Slava, who handled all the upfront coordination. He came out to the house after our initial conversation to see what the team would be working with, and like I said, he understood what we were going for right out of the gate. That foundation set the tone for the entire project.
Alex was essentially our general manager throughout the build. He and I aligned so well. He took ideas and turned them into reality with a level of clarity and communication that made the whole process feel collaborative rather than stressful. He was the person who made sure the vision stayed intact while listening to what we wanted along the way. Alex was always thinking three steps ahead. If we moved a pipe here, what would that affect over there. If we ran into something unexpected, he would provide options or listen to why those options didn’t work and help us find something that did. Overall, just amazing to work with.
Finally, Vladimir was the workhorse of the crew. He showed up every single day at 8am without fail. His precision was unreal. If I said I needed a fixture to be at 16 and 5/32", he would place it exactly there, accounting for drywall thickness, flooring thickness, and anything else that could affect the final result. He was meticulous, respectful, and deeply skilled.
Every day the work site was cleaned up. They even removed their shoes when walking to other areas of the house. All of this added up to a great experience.
Of course, no major remodel is without surprises. What impressed us most was how flexible and responsive they were when the unexpected happened. After the tub install, we noticed a small leak in the ceiling below. It was fine originally, but a week or so in we saw moisture in the room underneath. Alex and Vladimir came out right away to assess. It turned out the collar had a manufacturing defect and failed unexpectedly, which they fixed right away. When our furniture delivery was delayed for several weeks, they adjusted their schedule to accommodate us, which I know is not easy for a busy contractor. They never made us feel like an inconvenience.
What ultimately matters was the final product, and here, InnoDecor absolutely delivered. The bathroom is stunning. Every line is clean, every detail intentional, every finish exactly as we imagined. It feels like a high-end, custom-designed spa or hotel bathroom because that’s exactly what they built.
If you’re considering a remodel, especially one that requires real craftsmanship and attention to detail, I can’t recommend InnoDecor enough. They made a complex project feel easy, and the result truly speaks for itself.
