Ivan was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, assessed the the best ways to execute running cable from upstairs to my basement, and within a 1 hour window executed the ethernet port install I hired him for. I would definitely hire him again.

My WiFi went down Friday night and didn't come back. Called RCN — local outage, no ETA. Switched to Xfinity with a self-install kit, same problem. Turned out it was a busted coaxial setup outside my building. Xfinity couldn't get a tech out until Monday, and I had a full day of work ahead of me Sunday.
Found Ivan and his team on Thumbtack. Reached out at 7pm, someone was at my door by 8:30, problem solved by 9. The tech was professional, efficient, and actually gave a damn. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.
