My WiFi went down Friday night and didn't come back. Called RCN — local outage, no ETA. Switched to Xfinity with a self-install kit, same problem. Turned out it was a busted coaxial setup outside my building. Xfinity couldn't get a tech out until Monday, and I had a full day of work ahead of me Sunday.
Found Ivan and his team on Thumbtack. Reached out at 7pm, someone was at my door by 8:30, problem solved by 9. The tech was professional, efficient, and actually gave a damn. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience! Ivan diagnosed issues with our internet speed and signal strength and explained the problem could be solved with updating equipment. We still wanted the system hardwired so he ran a new internet line. The work was completed promptly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable internet or network work done!

Ivan was able to do the install in a timely manner. He did a great job with hiding the cables along the house so the install looks clean and professional. Planning to hire him out again to do more work and I have referred him to a friend.
