Pricing is transparent and based on the type and size of the furniture, fabric, and condition (stains/odors). Optional add-ons like deodorizing, enzyme treatment, or fabric protector are available if needed. There are no hidden fees—everything is explained upfront. Multi-item cleanings may qualify for a better overall value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Confirm the service needs and any problem areas (stains, odors, pets). 2. Arrive on time and do a quick fabric check and walkthrough. 3. Pre-treat spots and heavily soiled areas. 4. Deep extraction cleaning with professional equipment. 5. Final check, cleanup, and simple aftercare tips (drying/ventilation).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is hands-on and based on real projects, learning fabric identification, safe chemical use, stain treatment, and deep extraction techniques. I follow manufacturer recommendations for equipment and cleaning solutions, and I continuously improve my process through ongoing learning and practice.
