Mike was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional when it came to getting rid of the bugs in my apartment. I was really nervous about this problem and he understood and validated me! Mike was immediately responsive to the relatively minor mice issue. I quickly trusted his professionalism and added on pest control. He was not selling me on anything; he answered what I asked only. He did everything he alluded to and was fair with the value he offered. I do not expect to see any more of anything really. I'll see him again here in the spring. All good!

Mike showed up on time for the work. He was well prepared and knew everything about the Hornet's nest issue I was having. He quickly explained what he was going to do and took my approval. Mike removed the nest and sprayed the tree. Very professional - had all the equipment and sprays. As soon as he was done he explained what to expect next. He left us with a pleasant experience of his quick service.
