- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone conversation to discuss the job and schedule an estimate to see the job - at a convenient time for the customer. I provide a free in home estimate after assessing the job, going over the customer's specifications, wants and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for commercial and residential painting companies, and have been in the painting industry for more than 15 years. I frequently attend seminars at Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams to keep abreast as to the latest products and techniques.
