We had RG Painting Services paint our new home before we moved into. It was a three bedroom condo with a large living space, two bathrooms, and a formal dining room. Rudy was very communicative, before, during, and after the job. He was flexible in terms of picking up the keys, including meeting me at our old place. Rudy and his team patched holes, repaired plaster, and did a fabulous job painting. And, they were very efficient completing the job on the timeline we discussed.

We needed a job done ASAP and Rudy was able to stop by our apartment the day the request was put in. He and his partner painted our entire 1800 sq. ft. apartment in 2 days (with no lunch or coffee break in between!) and did a great job. They arrived early, kept things neat, and were very friendly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique - every wall is unique. I provide expert level painting services at a fair cost to my customers. A proposal is created for each customer that spells out the scope of the project with all inclusions/exclusions. One price does not fit all...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone conversation to discuss the job and schedule an estimate to see the job - at a convenient time for the customer. I provide a free in home estimate after assessing the job, going over the customer's specifications, wants and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for commercial and residential painting companies, and have been in the painting industry for more than 15 years. I frequently attend seminars at Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams to keep abreast as to the latest products and techniques.
