- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, be transparent with how many edited photos they will receive, my turnaround time, and other components of my policy. Then, text or call to discuss logistics (time, place, etc.) for the shoot. A few days before the shoot, I’ll send a reminder text to confirm if things are still good to go. Lastly, show up on time to the shoot and do what I do best!
