Chef Doug has mastered his skill sets to levels that far surpass his peers. One of the few chefs who prepares and ages his own cheeses as well as smoking and curing his own meats and sausages. Throw in a culinary and pastry degree and 25 yrs of experience and the sky is truly the limit on what he can prepare. A passionate chef who shares his love of food with every customer he has. Chef is also a culinary instructor at 2 schools and has been for over 7 years teaching artisanal cooking skills to his students I love food and I LOVE cooking. After over 2 decades I'm still learning. That's what I love about cooking. You're never "there" you can always learn more about other cultures and you can always refine your skills and dishes. Plus, food is a way for me to share happiness and love with everyone I have the opportunity to cook for.
