- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This will vary depending upon the event, location, and what other services I will be providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides they would like to hire me, I send out a contract via email or meet them at their event location. Next I do require a deposit of 50% of total to secure your date. This is refundable if you cancel 7 days prior to event. Then, I go over expectations, themes, etc with the customer to make their event exactly how they imagined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started to DJ in college for friends, so I just got out there and trained myself and then watched more experienced DJ's and picked up things from them and asked for advice.
