Prompt, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Brandon serviced/repaired 4 outlets and provided a great suggestion for dealing with older electrical wiring in our home. This was a small job and Kustom Electric could have very easily brushed off our service request for a larger project. I'm certain we will use Kustom Electric again in the very near future.

Brandon and his company are great. Communication was prompt and accurate. He was on time, and was readily available upon 24 hours notice. He did not quote low to get in the door. He was transparent from the start, which is very important. Prior to me hiring Kustom Electric, I had several questions which he patiently answered, and provided a range of potential prices depending on how each of our issues worked out (what fixtures we wanted, preference of fixing or replacing, etc.). In fact, when it came time to decide on options for what to proceed with (lighting choices), it was nice that he provided more than one option from which to choose. In total, Brandon fixed, and reinstalled my lighting, repaired the ceiling fan, and gave me updates along the way, which my wife and I appreciated very much. Being out of state, it made us feel good noting that the work was handled correctly, and we have faith that Brandon will be there for us when future needs arise. The bottom line is simple - we 100% recommend Brandon and Kustom Electric for any and all jobs (large or small). John
