When I decided I needed a coach to assist with some decisions I needed to make, I began my search online. The sheer number and different types of coaches was totally overwhelming. But, little did I know that the perfect coach for me was right under my nose!
Several months before, I had been introduced to Cassandra through a mutual friend because I was interested in the coaching profession for myself. We had several brief conversations about her training and about the business of coaching. Even in those early discussions, I found Cassandra to be warm, articulate, professional, considerate, and quick-witted with quite a sense of humor.
Suddenly, I thought
Cassandra would make a great coach
for me! And I was right! She is not only a great listener but one of her most fabulous attributes is that she is able to synthesize my ramblings and feed them back to me in a marvelously cohesive statement that sums up what I said and much of what I felt but hadnt said! So, over the past 13 years, I have maintained Cassandra as my go to coach, and I have never been disappointed in the outcome of our collaboration. I have never felt judged, or wrong, or stupid in any situation that I have shared with her. Cassandra is the most non-judgmental person I have ever met. She is phenomenal in the way she supports me in whatever I am trying to achieve
and its ALWAYS about ME! If she has an opinion about something, she sets that aside and places the focus on what I want for my life. Her questions are so skillful that they encourage me to think in new and different ways and it inspires me to pull from deep within myself to come up with new ideas and approaches to my situation. In other words, Cassandras coaching is not about proving that she has the answers, but rather she is all about empowering her clients to gain clarity, recognize their own truth, and affirm their gifts.
Yes, it is evident that Cassandra is highly trained and certified; but her value as a coach goes over and above what can be taught in a classroom. She is a person of integrity with a genuine desire and commitment to helping her clients achieve the highest level of personal satisfaction and professional success in their lives.

Cassandra is knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. She always keeps the client's goals, experience, and skills in mind. Cassandra has a masterful (and magical) way of listening on multiple levels so she not only hears what is being said verbally, but she can also pick up on what is not being said. This is a valuable skill because often the key to personal and professional growth may not be obvious to the client. Cassandra can help the person go deeper and obtain a better understanding and acceptance of what is so that they can achieve clarity and commitment to go for what is possible.
Cassandras workshops and presentations are well-organized, engaging and enjoyable. She is able to create programs that convey key information in easily understood way.
I would recommend Cassandra to anyone looking for a workshop facilitator, public speaker, or personal and professional development coach.

I used Cassandra Griffin's coaching services when I was going through a challenging time in my professional career. I was dealing with work-related circumstances and changes that I did not initiate and I felt that my life, in this area, was out of my control. Cassandra listened to me and helped me to process what I was experiencing. She also encouraged me to shift my perspective so I could get back in a place of power and purpose. She coached me through my transition from my old job to a job that I feel is a much better environment and fit for me. I appreciated Cassandra's ability to be in tune with my feelings, reality, vision, and goals. Although my initial focus was on my career changes, the coaching that Cassandra provided also benefited me in other areas of my life. Cassandra does a wonderful job of blending her professional coaching skills with her natural humor and wit. This made the coaching process effective and enjoyable.
