Charlene is so easy to work with and very professional. She responds to messages quickly and has ample availability for appointments. I wanted a somewhat unique shrug made, and I was worried about finding someone to make it because it's a bit of a random item. Charlene was completely comfortable with the request, and she had my item completed about a week after my fitting. She is very knowledgeable and made great fabric recommendations. I also gave her some items for alteration, and ended up ordering a custom, reversible blazer. Everything turned out really nicely. I highly recommend her work!
