Honesty I am blown away by the level of professionalism and experience I was able to find with AHPS (I was not expecting to find it here on Fiverr!). Out of necessity I took a gamble to try to find a real CPA here and thank goodness for Kal of APHS-- he is licensed as an active CPA and will give you the details to prove that via the online database if you ask, and he also just really knows what he's doing. I hired him to write a CPA letter for my mortgage lender and they accepted the first draft he wrote. It's worth noting that Kal was willing to make any revisions should they have come back with questions. He generously took the time to ease my worries about sending sensitive financial documents to him (a stranger on the internet) and suggested ways I could do so to protect my identity (like redacting certain information). Beyond my expectations. Plus, I got the mortgage-- my loan was approved!
