Melissa and her carpet cleaner arrived before her 8:00 am scheduled time. My family and I had moved out so I had many of the rooms relatively clean. Upon entering the house, I noticed the house smelled clean, but there were cobwebs in the entryway, one of the first things new buyers notice. She did a good job polishing the wooden slats on a bedroom closet and moving a few boxes to dust shelves. Carpets were vacuumed and cleaned, although tough stains were not removed. I did not have a good feeling when I saw the cobwebs in the stairwell and the office in the basement. It also did not have the heat trim dusted. She washed the compartments in the refrigerator, but left the sticky dried junk on the very bottom of the fridge. Aagh! She was gone by the time I returned four hours later and I cleaned for three more hours on cupboard doors, backsplashes in kitchen, wiping walls and doors that are touched often, etc. I was looking for more of a detailed, deep cleaning as I specified a "Move Out" cleaning. If I have a cleaner again, I will stay and check the work before I pay for it. For superficial basic cleaning, she does a fine job.

I hired her despite some mediocre reviews she received. On her profile she states "call me. I won't let you down" so I gave her a chance. Well she let me down big time. I hired her for a move out cleaning and we agreed upon a date. She later asked to change the day which I could not do so she agreed to make it work. I contacted her the week of and day prior with no response and I already had a bad feeling. On the day of the move just a couple hours before the schedule time she texted that she had to cancel for personal reasons. Not even a phone call Now i understand life happens but is she didn't think she would be able to get the job done she should have let me know beforehand. I ended up having to do the cleaning on my own for 6 hours so we could close on the house as planned the following morning. The only thing I can say she is unreliable and this experience was a total let down.
