Absolutely fantastic professional! I’m a cop of almost 30 years, and I’m always skeptical about anyone new coming into our house. Enrique was extremely friendly right away to my wife, myself and our dog the minute he walked in our home. I have to mention the dog because not all people are as pet friendly. Found out he loves dogs. That’s always a great sign in our book on a person’s character. Enrique was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem almost instantly. He showed us what went bad, what needed to be replaced and what to watch for in the future. He even recommended how to properly use and clean our other appliances. If you need an appliance fixed, don’t hesitate to call this technician! Highly recommended for all your appliance needs.

He contacted me promptly and arrived on time. He was very friendly and explained a lot about the washing machine. He also gave me the name of the best tub cleaner for a front loader. I bought it on Amazon and it REALLY cleans. The new washer seal works perfectly and with this new cleaner, it will stay free of mildew.

Any additional appliances needing service on schedule date will be subject to a $30.00 diagnostic fee. Same as first appliance if you choose to fix your appliance with me $30.00Diagnostic fee will go towards Labor. Additional appliance labor rate will be discounted. Other charges will be for part or parts needed to fix your appliance.
