- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per room for carpet cleaning and per piece for upholstery to keep things simple for over the estimates. Our current prices are as follows: - Carpet Cleaning - $75 minimum service charge $30 per room (room being up to 300 sq ft) $15 per hallway $3 per stair - Area Rugs - $0.30 cents/sq ft - Synthetic Fibers (Nylon, Polyester) $0.80 cents/sq ft - Natural Fibers (Wool, Cotton, Jute) - Upholstery - $40 - Chair $60 - Love Seat $79 - Sofa $5 per cushion - Loose Back Cushions $15 - Ottoman $5 - Dining Chair - Mattress - $45 Single(Twin) $50 Full $60 Queen $75 King
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with new customers we always try to find out what their main concerns are with the areas they need cleaned. Typically we will start by asking what areas or pieces of furniture need cleaning as well as what spots or stains they would like us to focus on. After finding out what our customers are looking to have cleaned we will provide either an over the phone or on site estimate before starting the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications received by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) which include but are not limited to: Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, and Odor Control. I am also a recognized Journey Textile Cleaner with over 7 years of experience in the industry.
