Printer Repair
Extremely knowledgeable and quick. Thorough. We will retain their services for all future printer needs and use them for toner as well. We will also use them for future purchases, whether as consultants or through them.

I take 4-5 printers to Carlisle Enterprises a couple times a year. They have great expertise in fixing printers for very reasonable prices. We also buy a lot of toner cartridges from them. If one is defective, they replace it without any questions.

Kent, Always Manages To Save The Day Whether It's By Shipping Me A Cartridge Next Day Or Servicing One Of Our Printers.

I was very impressed with my experience with this company. Kent responded to my initial voice message in record time, and was very helpful and professional. I appreciated the fact that he gave me free advice over the phone and a recommendation for new equipment that we ultimately purchased and he delivered personally. When a problem arose, he did not quit until it was resolved. Pricing was at the same level as much larger companies, but with the added benefit of local, personal service. We will be doing more business with Carlisle in the future. Thanks again, Kent!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We charge $99.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum, plus a travel time charge of usually $20.00-$30.00 (but can be up to $50.00), plus parts. We usually can complete the repair in one call, but if we have to order a part and come back a second time to install it, we do not charge another travel time charge nor another minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our customers call or e-mail us about a repair needed on their laser printer and we discuss the problem and give them an estimate of what we think it will cost to repair the printer. If they agree to get the printer repaired we go to their home or office and repair the printer and they pay us by cash, check or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our main technician has been repairing laser printers for over fifteen years. We have three Tech Support Groups that we can call if we need any help in diagnosing the problem and what steps to take to repair the printer.
