- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and industry pricing in general is often dependent on the unique circumstances of each issue. While a broad estimate can be arrived at prior to an inspection of the issue, you will receive the most accurate price once your situation has been thoroughly assessed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend continuing education seminars annually in my industry and read trade magazines in print and social media regularly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am proficient in eliminating ants, cockroaches, mice, rats, bedbugs, fruit flies, flies, wasps, seasonal invaders, spiders and fleas in residential and commercial accounts.
