They did an amazing job during their first cleaning with us and left our home absolutely spotless. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning needed, and the condition of the home. I provide clear pricing before starting the job. Discount may be available for recurring cleaning services or multiple services. Additional fees may apply for deep cleaning, move-in/ out cleaning, or home that require extra time and attention is apply 25 % fees is required for booking services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is simple and personalized. I first talk with the costomer about their cleaning needs, the size of the home, and the services they would like. Then I provide a clear price and schedule a convenient time. On the cleaning day, I arrived on time, pay attention to details, and make sure the costomer is satisfied with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential cleaning and have learned proper cleaning techniques, sanitation, and safe use of cleaning products through practical experience and on- the- job training.
