He was very professional, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it properly. What really impressed me was his honesty and pricing. Other technicians were trying to charge me anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000 for the same issue, which was completely unreasonable. He fixed the problem for a very fair and affordable price. It’s hard to find honest people who actually want to help instead of taking advantage of homeowners. I truly appreciate the work he did and the professionalism he showed. It took out 4 outlets on 3 walls inside the house, so while it wasn’t a total disaster, it made life uncomfortable. Ramee was here promptly at noon, as agreed, and fixed the problem in under an hour! No outlets needed replacement, and everything is working fine once again. His price was very reasonable, he was meticulous about removing his shoes when in the house, courteous and pleasant.
