I absolutely LOVE my newly updated kitchen! Kitchen Tune Up in Tinley Park, IL is family owned business. I primarily worked with the Owners daughter, Kristin Buffo but I also worked with the Owner, Steve Bonezek They were both very responsive throughout the process and Kristin was in constant contact with me scheduling the different service appointments and answering any questions that I had. It is important to note that other than the cabinets, they work with different vendors/companies for the different services needed. You get to go to pick out your countertop/sinks at the Vendor that they use. They handle all the scheduling, payments and are the ones responsible for making sure all of the work has been been completed to satisfaction.I met with Kristin on 6/28/21 about having my cabinets repainted, getting new countertops/sink,finishing off my backsplash, some plumbing services and getting my powder room countertop /sink done as well. She was very professional , knowledgeable and explained that there were multiple financing options available if needed. She sent me a quote for all right away, and I decided to have them tackle my kitchen.Work began on the cabinets on 7/21/21 and all cabinets were completed and put back together by 7/29/21. Rick & Nico were at my house for a few days, removing cabinets doors and fronts to be sent to an offsite facility for painting, then they painted the outside cabinets on site. Within 1 week they were back putting the doors and fronts back on and making any touch ups needed. They were very nice, personable and had the patience of Saints listening to my dogs barking all day in the background. They left the area spotless after they finished working each day.Due to the popularity of my choice of countertop, it took another month for the countertops to be available and installed. Then the backsplash had to be completed and the Plumber had to hook up the sinks and dishwasher. I did have a small issue with the Plumbing service and my dishwasher but it was a simple fix and Steve ( the Owner) came out on a Saturday, leaving a family party to take care of it for me. Again, they were very responsive and very accommodating! The owner of the Plumbing company could not have been nicer when he returned on the following Tues. to finish his job.From start to finish it took 7 weeks for my kitchen to be completed. I highly recommend Kitchen Tune Up in Tinley Park, IL, they are wonderful people to work with and they truly care about their quality of work and their Customers.Tammy MaurielloTinley Park, IL

My husband and I contacted Kitchen Tune up last June, along with other companies. We selected them because of their detailed bid, professional attitude and competitive pricing. They also offered financing which was important to us. We knew that the supply chain would impact our start date.Unfortunately when all our cabinet fronts arrived, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Steve was so wonderful and compassionate about delaying our remodeling. When my husband died, he was beyond understanding and helpful.Our new kitchen cabinet fronts installation did not begin until Jan 3rd but then my daughter was still recovering from Covid-19 so again, we had to delay.Finally we were able to start after my daughter and I emptied all the cabinets. That was the only difficult part of the project.The crew was meticulous, friendly, talented, clean, professional and compassionate about my situation. Amber, in particular, went out of her way to make the process smooth and painless for me as she realized I was still grieving.I am thrilled with my new kitchen, I consider it the last gift from my husband as the colors were his vision.I recommend Kitchen Tune Up without any reservations. When we contacted Kitchen Tune Up we expected them to just be a refacing company. Our kitchen was in very poor condition and we wanted to confirm that only replacing doors and drawer fronts wouldn't be enough. To our surprise they had contractors to do everything! Flooring, electrical, plumbing and even a little drywall was necessary in our case. After choosing our new cabinets, doors, sink, counter top and hardware I asked Steve (the owner of the local franchise) if everything could be scheduled so we could have the least amount of time without a functioning kitchen. So the contractors arrived one after another and the large job was completed in short order! We already have recommended Kitchen Tune Up to people and will continue to do so.
