- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straight forward and you are in control! Your pricing is based on your decisions regarding, brand, color, style and options. We have zero pressure process, if discounts are offered by various vendors, we pass them directly to our customers! Sometimes manufactures offer sales that are time sensitive however, these are not "today and today only" sales, you can have confidence we'll extend promotions as long as they're available to us! Having worked for the biggest names in the industry over 20 years, we know those big names are loaded with layers of overhead i.e. management, properties and millions in advertising that gets passed on to you, the customer!!! At Replace we provided name brands you know and trust without the tremendous amounts of overhead! Therefore providing better quality products and services at competitive pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact there are typically a few questions we need to ask to confirm we offer the services your looking for. Once we've established we're a good fit, we'll set a free, no hassle consultation for us to come to your home! We ask that you set aside 30-60 mins to review all of your wants and needs. We'll measure the windows, assess the interior and the exterior of the windows. We'll review options for pricing and then wrap up the first appointment. Painless, right? We'll then take all of our notes and measurements and begin to work on a proposal. Once the proposal is finished, we recommend a second visit to review pricing and answer questions, however if you'd prefer, we can send proposal via email. Remember, you're in control and we'll take as much time as you need to be comfortable and confident with your decision!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in home improvement for over 20 years. I have worked for some of the biggest names in the Industry and during my time in the industry I have had positions from consultant to Director. I have either directedly establish home improvement companies around the country or helped via consulting! With previous employers I have helped establish companies in Harrisburg, Pa, Detroit and Boston that are still thriving today! . With this experience, I felt this was the perfect time to venture out on my own and establish a company based on all of the good and the bad I've learned over the years hence Replace was born! Make no mistake, although Replace is officially established in 2019, we bring YEARS of experience to the table!
