- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give a fair and honest price. My painters are not you know guys with no experience so they get paid top dollar so my pricing might reflect that but you’re also going to reflect on having our company who cares and will take their time and do a fantastic job for you. You’re the biggest investment in life is probably your home so take care of it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing as we call them, let them know who we are and set up a complementary estimate then we’ll do a walk-through with them on their project. Let them know what walls if it’s an interior job need special preparation patching sanding whatever then we’ll do color selection if it’s an exterior project say as a deck, we do deck restoration all the time we’ll walk through them replace any rotted or cracked wood then paint stain, and seal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took multiple courses and management been in the business for about 18 years painting so I have lots of experience my crew one guy been doing a 15 years one guy 30 years and other guy 10 years so we are very experienced and we all have special things that we do best
