Melo arrived exactly on time. In addition to getting everything perfectly done , he is charming and knows how to deal with customers. He removed all flaking paint from the ceiling of a 3-car garage as well as power washing the entire floor. He made sure to wipe down all existing installed cabinets. Garage looks brand new! He is perfect! I’m sending some of his business cards to friends/family in area. His is the ONLY company you should hire.

We had Melo and his co-worker clear out our garage attic and some items from our basement. He communicated his arrival time, rate, and the service that he would perform. He was punctual, professional, reasonable and friendly. He performed all that we agreed and did it professionally. Unlike some companies, he charged a flat rate. I would hire him again.

Melo did a very good job. Covered the floor and kept it clean and dry. Price was a little higher than we expected, otherwise we were very satisfied with his work.
