She was thorough and did a great job deep cleaning our kitchen. She did our fridge and stove and they were both spotless. She stayed until all of our rooms were completed.

I had to hire a cleaning service for the holidays because of my work schedule this year. I think the price was fair, compared to other big companies. I don't know if I would have considered what was done a "deep" clean like requested but the house was much better than I could do in a small amount of time I had. There was one bathroom in particular though that was really bad and they did an excellent job on it! So I could understand if they didn't have time to focus on other things in the house. I'm grateful she was available the day before Christmas Eve. It was a huge help!

Bianca was very punctual and very responsive. She did a great job with our house and left the place spotless. UPDATE: I have used Bianca’s services a few times this year. My experience with Bianca was overall not a very good one. Her cleaning job is okay, not spotless like the first time and she seems a bit unprofessional and inexperienced. I had to cancel a couple of times, almost last minute because we had family staying with us for an extended period and it was very difficult to follow a particular schedule. I had communicated this to Bianca before the family arrived but it somehow is hard to communicate with her and be sure that she understands. Then once when I needed cleaning and was waiting on her, she was completely unresponsive and texted me 3 hours later that she has a family emergency and cannot make it. We moved to a new house in July and I wanted her to do move out cleaning. She did not know what move out cleaning means and I literally spelled out everything to her. For this we had a scheduling conflict but were able to work out a time. She and her daughter came for cleaning, they just did one floor and left. And for the rest of the house she rescheduled and was unresponsive again, and texted 2 hours later that there was a family emergency. I would have been okay with her cleaning my home, if her communication was a bit better and she was professional but unfortunately she is not.

My communication with Bianca was challenging prior to the service. I originally scheduled 9am and after no communication, she informed me that she would be coming at 12:30. I had told her in advance that if possible, I’d like her to be on time in order to make lunch plans and ended up needing to cancel.
