- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We believe quality costs it does not pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the first meeting I really like to understand the customer and get a grasp of what they are wanting. That being said as well with waterproofing we will come in and evaluate your basement and foundation, then come up with a game plan for fixing it with a life time guarantee behind the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple years of experience when it comes to doing home remodeling and waterproofing, crack repairs and sealing crawlspaces. I finally decided to start my own business in the early 2000s and have been getting nothing but experience and great testimonials about my business, in what I’m skilled and passionate about which is improving homes overall.
