- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is determined on the review we had at the start, then we cleanup any items that have been out of place (price separate for cleaning) Once all the clean up is done we quote our prices on scope of the work which will be be flat monthly rates we go for a NO SURPRISE, easy on cash flow for your business. If there is small project outside of our proposal we will charge an extra fee but we will go over the fee before start of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We make an initial call to understand the business and the clients needs ( this can be a video call or a coffee Meeting) along with an email and some more questions. 2. We do a Diagnostic Review, listing any unusual transactions or items out of place. 3. Set up another call and go over what was discovered along with a clean up quote if there is any clean up to do. If not we send the monthly fee quote. 4. If there is clean we do all the clean up and send the formal monthly proposal. 5. We sign the proposal 6. Send a welcome email with some goodies (mail) 8. And we begin our work together. On boarding process can take 15-30 days if there is clean up if not maybe sooner, of course this all depends on clients responses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in QuickBooks Online and have Over 15 years in QB desktop. Continuing education every chance I get.
