I used website late in evening to ask for appointment and CEDRIC called next day. He was flexible and early. Cedric explained the entire process and was able to present a great price. We signed contract and agreed on date, very easy. Work was all completed with care and concern for neighbors and my property. They had to replace brick flashing that others said unable to do it. Cedric made it happen and it looks fantastic. Cedric and CREW are very professional and clean. Job done well and very happy with it. When I need a new roof CEDRIC at Storm Guard will be my choice. I highly recommend them.

Huge shoutout to Don and Marcus from Storm Guard of DuPage! They stopped by to do a free inspection on our roof, which is only about 5 months old, and pointed out some damage we had no idea was there. On top of that, they noticed the shingles might not even be the right kind and suggested we check in with our original contractor and insurance.We reached out to our insurance, and lets just saythey definitely had some questions for the contractor who did the work. The best part? Don and Marcus did all of this knowing there wasnt a job in it for them. No pressure, no sales pitchjust genuinely helpful people looking out for homeowners.Super grateful for their honesty and attention to detail. Definitely recommend giving them a call, even if your roof is brand new like ours.

We hired Storm Guard to help us deliver skilled labor aid to victims of the May 16th tornado. Jeff and Chase professionally tarped several homes for us on behalf of home owners in need of assistance. Jeff and Chase cared about the home owners and operated with the upmost professionalism and respect. Some jobs could be completed in a day, some with more extensive damage took more time, but they kept showing up until the job was done. We look forward to working with them more in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing, of course, varies depending on the size and scope of the work and the type and quantity of materials. We offer a FREE consultation so that you are fully informed of what needs to be done and why, so that you can make a decision with confidence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a FREE consultation, which begins with a detailed inspection, taking photos of affected areas, in many cases using a drone. From this inspection, we create a report showing the condition of your exterior. Next, we’ll meet with you to review the report and answer any questions that you have. The goal is to make sure that you have complete knowledge of both what is needed and why. After the consultation, we will work with you to assess whether filing an insurance claim is a viable course of action. If so, we will work with you and your insurance company to file a claim and we will advocate for you to your insurance company, personally meeting with the adjuster and working though the full claims process. Then we work with you to decide on the best materials and colors for your home. Finally, we will set a date for the project, order materials, and restore your home to its former glory.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed roofing contractor in Illinois, it’s required that we learn and understand all facets of residential and commercial roofs, including structural, types of materials, code requirements, and safety. Likewise, all of our representatives and staff, including our sales team, business team, and our crews go through a rigorous training process. Our goal is for you, our customer, to be as informed as possible about our process and your needs. The best way to accomplish that is for our teams to be as highly trained as possible.
