- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing, of course, varies depending on the size and scope of the work and the type and quantity of materials. We offer a FREE consultation so that you are fully informed of what needs to be done and why, so that you can make a decision with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a FREE consultation, which begins with a detailed inspection, taking photos of affected areas, in many cases using a drone. From this inspection, we create a report showing the condition of your exterior. Next, we’ll meet with you to review the report and answer any questions that you have. The goal is to make sure that you have complete knowledge of both what is needed and why. After the consultation, we will work with you to assess whether filing an insurance claim is a viable course of action. If so, we will work with you and your insurance company to file a claim and we will advocate for you to your insurance company, personally meeting with the adjuster and working though the full claims process. Then we work with you to decide on the best materials and colors for your home. Finally, we will set a date for the project, order materials, and restore your home to its former glory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed roofing contractor in Illinois, it’s required that we learn and understand all facets of residential and commercial roofs, including structural, types of materials, code requirements, and safety. Likewise, all of our representatives and staff, including our sales team, business team, and our crews go through a rigorous training process. Our goal is for you, our customer, to be as informed as possible about our process and your needs. The best way to accomplish that is for our teams to be as highly trained as possible.
