We needed to schedule a move out cleaning and Dove Cleaning was absolutely excellent. 3 hour minimum was perfect for our place and they were very efficient and did an excellent job on the move out cleaning. Feel very comfortable that the place is ready for next tenants. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for their services.

The owner was very professional and informed me that the ladies would be arriving later than the appointment time due to a hold up at the prior appointment location.
When the ladies arrived, they were courteous and professional. Both ladies worked diligently and wasted no time. The deep cleaning of my stove top and oven was outstanding! The deep cleaning of my vent and base boards were incredible! The ladies did an excellent job and adhered to COVID-19 precautions!

Deep cleaning, move in/move out, construction/post construction, one time cleaning is always based by hours.
Regular cleaning price always flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Thank them for their request.
2. Gave client our hourly rate, how many people included. Let them know that we are providing all cleaning supplies/tools.
3. Attached photos from previous projects.
4. Arrange an appointment (date/time).
5. We are always kindly asking costumers, that they will double check all cleaned places after job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the service industry helping people for past 5 years.
Happy customer is our #1 priority.
Our cleaners have years of experience in commercial and residential cleaning. We are focusing to do QUALITY work, not quantity.
