- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Conserva Irrigation offers flat rate, up-front pricing on all repairs and services. Additionally, we offer annual maintenance plans depending on your property’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free inspection to assess the health of your system. For customers who have known issues with their system in need of repairs, we can easily schedule an appointment to assess the repairs that are needed and provide an estimate for work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians attend regular trainings to stay up-to-date on industry standards and our Lead Technicians have Irrigation Technician Certifications through the National Irrigation Association.
