- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Provide 30 day warranty/customer satisfaction on work** **Willing to offer discount for new jobs to get established on thumbtack** - I follow up at 25 days to make sure everything is running smoothly. - pricing is dependent on scope of job/if other workers are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Look at the scale of their job - and see what they are/aren’t utilizing.. for example, one my clients said her husband always leaves the TV on so we setup google home to turnoff the tv with voice command - she can also control from her phone.
