I facilitate self-empowerment and transformation by utilizing a combination of tools depending on what is best suited. I’m certified as an NLP Coach, NLP Practitioner, Transformation Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and a few others.
Before becoming a coach, I worked in the corporate world for almost a decade, working for multiple roles and teams during that span as I was fortunate enough to receive promotions and opportunities to expand my ability learn and grow. This experience helps when working with corporate executives and business owners and anyone looking to identify their next career move.
For spiritual coaching, I can help with increasing awareness of self, meditation, mindfulness, breathing techniques, visualization, and my intuitive guidance and law of attraction.
I use what I’ve learned to help my clients live their lives by their terms with clarity and freedom.
