We believe in 100% transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We provide a clear estimate after diagnosing the appliance. Plus, we waive the diagnostic fee entirely if you proceed with the repair!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking for the appliance's brand, model number, and the issue you're experiencing. This allows our technicians to arrive prepared with the most common replacement parts. We diagnose the problem on-site, explain the solution clearly, give an upfront price, and complete the repair efficiently so you can get back to your day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds an EPA Universal Certification. This is the highest level of certification required to safely and legally handle refrigerants, making us fully qualified to perform complex sealed system repairs on refrigerators, freezers, and commercial ice machines.
