- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We use Xactimate a program made for insurance claims that provide us as the contractor with pricing for the industry. Companies without this tool can overcharge the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet with the client and review the project. Provide detailed estimate and answer any questions or concerns for the project. Schedule clean-up and or meet with insurance adjusters. Complete the project. Pass clearance if required. Client satisfaction.
