I got married in September. They were really great to work with up until the wedding. I asked a lot, and they said they could do it. I had two alternating buses going from Chicago to Indiana. I asked for a third bus just to take the bridal party to the site and then to the hotel and back for an extra 4 hours only. This is what we agreed on. My day was going to work out perfect. However, they didn't disclose to me that we would be paying for the bus THE ENTIRE DAY. We found out once they charged us. Then he gave us the quote after I talked with him regarding this crazy charge. Discussions do not work when trying to get this figured out for hard evidence. Just be weary on using this company or make sure you have in writing, not an invoice. We did a lot of discussions and agreements over the phone, which is great for them when trying to make a charge. My advice, be careful and check other companies. This one ended up making the happiest day of our lives, turn into a stressful battle which we are still dealing with.

This was my first time using Thumbtack, and it was great! At first, I was a little bit concerned about hiring a service without meeting anyone first, but the whole thing worked out super smoothly! I hired VSH for a party bus ride to and from a bar for my 21st birthday. The bus arrived a little early, and was ready for us once we left the bar. The driver, Victor, was flexible, and I was able to change the drop off location to fit my plans better. The bus itself was fantastic--it had great lighting and sound, and it was completely clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend and hire again.
