It's fair to say the service I received was lackluster. The cleaner left many parts of the home uncleaned. Buyer beware: ask all of the questions up front on what is included in the clean. What I thought as standard since I have received them previously with other companies is NOT standard with this cleaner.

You booked a standard cleaning, which includes vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, dusting, and mopping, I cleaned stove , on top of stove . I completed all of that. Your apartment had a lot of dust and many things on the living room floor. You didn’t mention that you had a pet, and the price for homes with pets is different, but I did not charge extra. Your window was very dirty, I asked if you would like that I cleaned I answered not because if I cleaned I will charge extra.
Your furniture had a heavy buildup of dust, which seemed like it had accumulated for a long time. I washed your bathroom, and the bathtub was very stained, but I left it clean. I usually do light organization, but with the amount of clutter, I couldn’t move things around.
I’m sorry if this was not the service you expected, but considering the condition of the apartment, I did everything that was possible at the time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If client hires us for mothly cleaning at a standard cleaning, but you need to know that monthly cleaning ends up being a deep cleaning, so if the house is very dirty with a lot of dust , the batromm is very dirty we will explain. even so after explaing that he wants a basic cleaning , we willdo it , but it will not be as good like a deep cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to text and the client share more details about what they want, I Ask for pictures of the project they desire to complete.

we work with all kind of clients , houses , apartment, studio, , we work on weekends , Hollidays.
