- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: The first step in working with a new customer is making initial contact. This may be through a variety of means, such as a phone call, email, or in-person visit. The goal is to introduce the business and its services and to gauge the potential customer's interest. Discovery: Once the potential customer expresses interest in the business's services, the next step is to discover their needs and requirements. This may involve asking questions about their business, their pain points, and what they hope to achieve through working with the business. Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the discovery phase, the business can put together a proposal that outlines how their services can address the customer's needs. This proposal should include a clear description of the services offered, timelines, and costs. Negotiation and Agreement: After presenting the proposal to the potential customer, there may be some negotiation before a final agreement is reached. The business should be prepared to address any concerns the customer may have and to make adjustments to the proposal as needed. Once the customer is satisfied, a contract can be signed and the work can begin. Implementation: With the agreement in place, the business can begin implementing the services outlined in the proposal. This may involve ongoing communication with the customer to ensure that everything is progressing smoothly and to make any necessary adjustments. Ongoing Support: After the initial work is completed, the business should continue to provide ongoing support to the customer. This may involve regular check-ins, addressing any issues that arise, and making recommendations for how the customer can continue to improve their business.
