I was looking for someone to mow my home yard and found "Spring Motors The Maintenance Company" on Thumbtack. Marcus came over and did an extraordinary job on my lawn within a reasonable price. My lawns looks beautiful and clean. I highly recommend Marcus for any home maintenance job that you may have. He is very profession, respectful, punctual, responsive and the quality of his work is excellent.

The gentleman that came to do my lawn it was a first cut. He understood my situation so he did what I asked him to do and you know it cost a little bit more for a first cut, and I understand that while I wish it didn’t cost that much. It was OK. We come to an agreement and he’s going to do my yard every other week and it’s very reasonable. He’s very respectful and like I said he understands my situation and he’s a very kind gentleman and he was very quick about doing the job as well. They accept a Zelle payment very quickly and easily no problem. Both federal and local and I don’t need to be here for the service being over the road truck driver. All I have to do is hit my ring doorbell and say we’re here and do their job. They get paid and move on to their next job. It works out really well. I’d recommend them to anybody so far.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: The first step in working with a new customer is making initial contact. This may be through a variety of means, such as a phone call, email, or in-person visit. The goal is to introduce the business and its services and to gauge the potential customer's interest.
Discovery: Once the potential customer expresses interest in the business's services, the next step is to discover their needs and requirements. This may involve asking questions about their business, their pain points, and what they hope to achieve through working with the business.
Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the discovery phase, the business can put together a proposal that outlines how their services can address the customer's needs. This proposal should include a clear description of the services offered, timelines, and costs.
Negotiation and Agreement: After presenting the proposal to the potential customer, there may be some negotiation before a final agreement is reached. The business should be prepared to address any concerns the customer may have and to make adjustments to the proposal as needed. Once the customer is satisfied, a contract can be signed and the work can begin.
Implementation: With the agreement in place, the business can begin implementing the services outlined in the proposal. This may involve ongoing communication with the customer to ensure that everything is progressing smoothly and to make any necessary adjustments.
Ongoing Support: After the initial work is completed, the business should continue to provide ongoing support to the customer. This may involve regular check-ins, addressing any issues that arise, and making recommendations for how the customer can continue to improve their business.
