Living in Chicago, I’m always thinking about how our weather affects the house — freezing winters, humid summers, and constant temperature swings. When we decided to remodel our bathroom, my main concern was making sure everything was built to handle those conditions and not cause problems down the line. From the start, Century City Baths team took those concerns seriously. We talked through insulation, proper ventilation, and materials that could handle moisture and temperature changes without cracking, warping, or growing mold. I appreciated that they focused on what was behind the walls just as much as what you see on the surface. The workmanship was solid and precise. The tile work is tight, the sealing is clean, and the new ventilation system actually works — no more fogged mirrors or lingering moisture after showers. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is itemized based on the scope of work and whether or not we are supplying any of the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home estimates. The whole process should take about 60 minutes: you can design your bathroom, ask our rep any questions you have, and receive a free estimate that's good for 60 days. We also allow the customer to purchase their own materials and will quote them for labor only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with the Laticrete system in the shower space. This involves using high quality waterproof materials that include a lifetime warranty on labor and materials.
