We decided to remodel our upstairs bathroom . We had two face to face planning meetings with PJ to define the scope of the project . PJ was very helpful identifying things we needed to consider . The project went very smoothly and the quality of the work by Juan and Jose was exceptional . So happy that I chose Century City Baths to do my bathroom. I received 4 estimates total, and Century City Baths were the only company to spend more than 15 minutes in my bathroom. The whole estimate process was seamless and easy to understand. Kevin came out to the house and easily answered any questions we had. Work was fantastic at the end, but it was quite a journey getting there. Kevin in sales was incredibly helpful in managing the issues throughout. It will take some conversations with my spouse before hiring them again for another project as it was just such a pain to get through, but overall we are very happy with the end result.

The pricing is itemized based on the scope of work and whether or not we are supplying any of the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-home estimates. The whole process should take about 60 minutes: you can design your bathroom, ask our rep any questions you have, and receive a free estimate that's good for 60 days. We also allow the customer to purchase their own materials and will quote them for labor only.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with the Laticrete system in the shower space. This involves using high quality waterproof materials that include a lifetime warranty on labor and materials.
