Rudy we offered you multiple options for your mainline clog, a jetting or a rodding. We rodded the line 2 hours from outside cleanout and pulled back roots/ heavy grease was also present. Per conversation, if we pull any roots out, no warranty will be given due to the fact that there's penetration in the pipe which can lead to pipe decomposition and also grease will need to be jetted out with water, you refused. To make it right we offered all of the money back for service we attempted as long as jetting was done. A heavy discount was given and communication ended by your side. 4 days later... you stated plumbing was completed. Were sorry your still not happy but nothing more could be offered on our end because we choose to do things the right way so you don't have to call us back.
