NOVALCO's service was an excellent experience. Our washer started leaking.
The technician came about 1 1/2 hours after I put out the request. He drive 1 hour and 20 mint each way so that he could get the part the same day. He installed it and tested it. Was very good and professional.
If I need appliance repairs in the future I will definitely use him again.

Vassily is a knowledgeable and experienced appliance technician. Showed up on time, quickly identified the problem with our 20yr old Bosch washer and advised on ways to fix it. He was honest, and we did not get impression that he tries to overcharge us and sell more work than needed. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
