- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Really that there are a lot of things that factor into pricing. Every building has different needs and every customer has different expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to manage restaurants so I had first hand experience with our cleaning company. They were awful but we were stuck in a contract so I got this idea to develop a cleaning company around all of the problems we were having with them. I started off really focused on restaurants but have evolved some great relationships with churches as well as offices and I really enjoy that.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are currently working with mostly medium to large churches. Although, we do have several office/ retail accounts and restaurants.
