I have to applaud Unique Home Remodeling — they were good enough to take on my smaller storm damage job with all of the other work they had going on — and they delivered. They pre-scoped my job and provided a line item pricing proposal for the work, color matched and replaced my missing shingles, secured the rest of the roof system against further damage, and solved a particularly nasty chimney flashing issue by completely replacing the old installation with a better one. Very pleased with their professionalism and skill —thanks very much UHR.

I had Unique Home remodeling put a new roof, fascia, and gutters on my detached garage on my home this week. Alfonso, the owner, was very professional and went through the entire process with me and my wife answering all of our questions and reviewing his estimate line by line . The entire process was smooth and seamless. They handled all the supplies and permits and completed the work in a couple days. His estimate was right on target with the final price and it looks great!!!!
