The movers arrived two hours later than our scheduled time, and unfortunately, I wasn’t notified in advance, which was a bit disappointing. That said, once they arrived, they were very professional, efficient, and courteous. They responded to messages promptly, communication was smooth, and they were respectful of our home—they were happy to wear shoe covers/take off the shoes indoors and proactively asked if we needed help assembling any furniture.
I understand that unexpected circumstances and a busy schedule can sometimes cause plans to go off track. However, if something like this happens, I hope the team can communicate with the customer in advance, especially since “On Time” is printed right on the truck.
Overall, I still had a positive experience with the team and hope this five-star review encourages them to keep improving and providing an even better experience for their customers.
