Introduction: I am a chef with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in vegan, gluten free and vegetarian cuisine. I can also throw down on any ethnic style food your little heart would desire. I have been the executive chef for Beloit Memorial High School, Blackhawk Technical College and owned my own vegan cheesecake business. My passion is working with people on a more personal level and watching people's lives change with food. I lost over 80 pounds when I decided to change my diet. It's amazing how much weight you can lose by just changing your eating habits, more important how much the rest or your life will change. I know when you feel good about yourself you walk with confidence that everyone can see. I can also cater to whatever needs my clients want, whether it's a one-day party or daily meals.
