Introduction
I and my family have been in construction since 1972. We’ve built thousands of homes and at 52. I’m too young to retire and I want to keep helping people. We work until you’re 100% satisfied and will only do the highest quality of work. Our reputation is more important Then cheap craftsmanship. We show up on time, we clean up every night and guarantee our work.

I would’ve picked all 5 of the reasons why Steve did a great job but I’m being artificially limited to just 3 reasons by this app. Good dude that knows what he’s doing. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of working with Menas Construction for multiple renovation projects, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They transformed my ugly entry way coat closet into a beautiful nook with hooks and a storage bench and it looks amazing! My kitchen remodel was a game-changer. I had all my cabinets painted white! My office remodel was equally impressive. The new layout maximizes space and it’s now my favorite place to work. The basement renovation turned a dark, unfinished/unused area into a vibrant family space and game room. I highly recommend them for any home improvement projects!

At the very bottom of this review is wording directly from his bio on this platform. My husband and I would have to say this is so far from the truth. We hired him to do ceiling fans, which was his first job and trying to show us how “great” he was. Next job was removing the microwave and cabinet above the stove top, which there hiccups beyond his control so still ok at this point. Next he replaced our stairs which took far longer than it should have, I knew the color of the finished product was not what I wanted, but he said it was just our “light.” He sanded our handrails and painted the handrails, but didn’t paint the underside of the railings, there were so many spots my husband had to fix and in the end after thousands of dollars he didn’t even finish the job, he left us with no trim on our landing, he knew I hated the color and my husband is currently redoing it all after we paid him more than 8k DOLLARS in labor. My husband is wasting time that he could be with his family to now fix this mess. He left our hood vent not completed and the nail job he did at the top is terrible we can see the nails, the edges have a gap. He also didn’t secure the side pieces he put there. He also was supposed to fix some tile and he didn’t or if he did esp around the outlets and a cut around the window is awful. He is great at winning you over, but the statements below are not true or at least that wasn’t our experience. He then ghosted us for 2 weeks after my husband knew he read the message as his phone said so and said “sorry it was a miscommunication” no we never said don’t finish your job. We just said we weren’t doing anything else. He had tools he left and that is the only reason we ever heard from him again. The stairs we have at the top of the first set by the landing looks terrible and he did nothing with the very top one. My husband also messaged him today to ask him to fix this stuff, again read the message and no response. As with most families my husband and I work hard for our money and we feel we just wasted a ton of money. Save yourself your money and hire someone who won’t stiff you out of money. As the saying goes he could talk the talk, but not walk the walk. We wasted THOUSANDS of dollars and in the end my husband is doing his job. Clearly the reputation being important is not accurate, nor is the 100% satisfied. We also had to hire someone else to finish the hood and now have to hire a tile person to fix the mess. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THE SAME. I’ve attached a photo of my husband currently re-doing this man’s shotty work. “We work until you’re 100% satisfied and will only do the highest quality of work. Our reputation is more important Then cheap craftsmanship.”
