Mr. Kishpaugh responded to my inquiry very quickly via email followed by telephone calls. He scheduled my appointment for later the same day and arrived on time. He is very personable and genuinely cared about me as a new customer. He removed his shoes before entering my home, quickly inspected my electrical outlet for any signs of wire damage due to mouse activity, checking the condition of the wiring and measured the voltage of the outlet. He explained how the outlet was installed and was able to reassure me as to the safety of the outlet. He gave great value and the service charge was not inflated. Kishpaugh Electrical LLC is a real gem. Few people today demonstrate such excellence and caring for the customer. I hope others will consider hiring him in the future.
