- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job and situation is different. It is difficult to have an across the board price. But this allows us to give you an accurate price and meet the needs of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer contacts us. We do a brief question and answer over the phone. We discuss the project, and answer any general questions they may have. We then set up a time for a more in depth consultation. That's when we discuss designs, materials, budgets, and time lines. Designs are then created, and changed to what the customer wants. After the design is agreed upon, a deposit is collected and you are on the schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners are graduates from Ball Stte University. We have worked for both commercial and high end residential customers. We continue our education at trade shows and product showcases as well
