- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do quote on my jobs some may seem high to you there could be a reason i do have my settings on auto pro so it goes out automatic dont hesitate to contact me to discuss it please things can be negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know you front what you want done the first visit. I also like to know if your going to want me for future visits. im going to start handing out but cards to my customers and when one comes back to me with your name on it for servive you will receive 10% off your next service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 9 years in the US Army And 20 years in nursing that right there trains you to cle as n and to pay attention to detail. also I have worked for a cleaning company in the past.
